Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
All swimmers must RSVP for each swim meet. PLEASE REMEMBER— let your coaches know by Friday the week before if you will not be available to swim in the that week's meet. We understand that things happen, but it definitely adds to the chaos of the swim meet if our coaches and coordinators don’t have advance notice. So, please make sure that you have put in your RSVP at least FOUR DAYS before each meet. If your swimmer has not let us know their intentions by then, we will assume they are not swimming and will not place them in any events. All meets will be open for RSVPs until four days before the meet, so if you are able to plan ahead, that is helpful.
RSVP Instructions:
Go to waterford-green-gators.swimtopia.com, login, and click "Meets" on the top navigation bar. Next, click "Signup Calendar." You will see all calendar events. Find the upcoming event and click the green "Meet Entry" button to the right of the meet name. Click the "Edit" button, declare your swimmer(s) and then click "Save."

How to Register for Jobs and Swimmers at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Swimmer Signup
If your team allows your athletes to declare attendance:
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Not Attending
- Click Save to record your choices.
