Hi, everybody! Tomorrow we will be hosting a Breaststroke Clinic from 4:00 - 5:00 pm for swimmers 7 years old and up. This is one of the easiest strokes to overlook because a breathing pattern is incorporated into the stroke, making it easier to evade exhaustion for a lot of swimmers. However, breaststroke uses a different set of muscles that many swimmers haven't developed yet or that they still need to work on. This clinic will be an opportunity to improve both their breaststroke technique and speed! A very rewarding experience!

We will also spend a portion of the clinic working on dives!!! Please feel free to stop by for as long as needed for your swimmer to see noticeable improvement in their dives.
