Dear Parents 

 We hope you're doing well.  Tomorrow we have a Home Meet, and we are reaching out to request your support in filling a few remaining volunteer positions. Your involvement will ensure a smooth and successful event for our swimmers. 

We currently have the following positions open:

1. Concession Sales Shift 2: Assist with selling snacks and beverages during the second shift of the meet. 

2. Concessions Clean-up/After Meet: Help us tidy up the concession area and ensure everything is clean and organized after the meet concludes.

3. Meet Clean-up/After Meet: Aid in cleaning up the seating areas, pool deck, and any other areas that may require attention after the meet. 

4. Place Judge Shift 1: Serve as a place judge during the first shift, ensuring accurate recording of swimmer placements. 

5. Runner Shift 2: Assist with relaying important messages and information between various stations during the second shift. Plus, you get your steps in.

6. Scorekeeper Shift 2: Help maintain an accurate record of scores and times during the second shift. 

We understand that everyone has different commitments and constraints, but even a small contribution of your time can make a significant difference.  Please let us know as soon as possible which position you would volunteer for. Your support is immensely appreciated. Volunteering at the swim meet not only helps us run the event smoothly but also provides an opportunity to participate in your child's swimming journey actively.
