Hi Gator families,

Hope everyone is ready for another exciting meet.  We will be competing against the River Forest Rapids at their pool (more details to come).

Whether you will be at the meet or not, please sign in to the app and let us know if your swimmer(s) are attending or NOT attending. Then we can get an accurate count. We need to have sign ups soon to give the coaches time to do the line-up. Sign up is scheduled to close on Saturday, June 3rd at 7pm. 

Swimmer sign-up instructions:

• Sign-in to Swimtopia
• Click the green MEET ENTRY button, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices.

You can also click the MEET ENTRY button from the schedule on the home page.

Thank you to everyone who has signed up for a volunteer shift. We only have one open timer slot.  Woohoo! Also, just a reminder that all meets are open to signup swimmers and to signup for volunteer slots.  If you know your schedule, sign-up early!  And please sign up for our FUN MEET--mini meet for the Junior Gators, fun games, and food (probably pizza!) :-)

Help if you have time: 

• A parent asked about team photos. We have a couple of very talented photographers in the neighborhood.  If any of you would like to investigate and organize getting a team photo done, please let me know. Could be done during a practice or at our FUN meet on June 6th.
• We also typically have a celebration at the end of the season to recognize the hard work of our swimmers, our coaches, and our parents.  If anyone would like to plan it, please let me know. It looks like June 29th is open on the reservation calendar for the pavilion and clubhouse.  I will post a sign up for attendance and volunteers to help set up and clean up for June 29th as a placeholder, and we can shift as needed.
