Hello everyone,

We are excited that our upcoming Home Swim Meet on May 31st is just around the corner. To make this event a resounding success, we are reaching out to our fantastic parent community for assistance. We believe in the power of teamwork, and as the saying goes, "Many hands make light work." 

Thanks so much to all of you who have already signed up to ensure that the Meet is a memorable event for our swimmers.

For those of you who are yet to sign up, please consider volunteering for the following open positions during the meet. Your involvement will contribute immensely to the overall smooth operation of the event. Below is a list of positions we need volunteers for: 

1. Concession Sales: Assist with selling snacks and beverages to attendees.

2. Concession Set-up: Help with setting up the concession stand and organizing supplies before the meet begins.

3. Concession Clean-up: Assist with cleaning and tidying up the concession area after the meet concludes.

4. Meet Clean-up: Aid in cleaning up the seating areas, pool deck, and any other areas that may require attention after the meet.

5. Place Judge Shift 2: Serve as a place judge during the second shift, ensuring accurate recording of swimmer placements.

6. Scorekeeper Shift 2: Help maintain an accurate record of scores and times during the second shift.

7. Starter Shift 2: Fulfill the important role of a starter during the second shift, commencing the races at the appropriate times.

No prior experience is necessary for any of these positions. We will provide training and guidance to all volunteers, ensuring you feel comfortable in your respective roles. If you are available and willing to lend a helping hand, please reply to this email with the position(s) you would like to volunteer for.  Grandparents, Uncles, Aunts, Older Siblings, and babysitters are also welcome to help fill these positions.
