Hi everyone,

Looks like our swim meet is starting to come together for next Wednesday.  Thank you to everyone who has signed up for a volunteer shift.  We still have several open spots that need to be filled, including critical positions like announcer, timers, and many shift 2 slots. I know it is hard to commit to stay for the second shift, but because we are a smaller team, the meet typically does not go too late and the second shift seems to go faster than the first. Plus it's fun to stay after dark! Please sign up to make sure we are covered.

More importantly, please sign your swimmers up for the meet.  We need to have sign ups soon to give the coaches time to do the line-up. Sign-up is scheduled to close on Saturday, May 27th at 5pm. 

Swimmer sign-up instructions:

• Sign-in to Swimtopia
• Click the green MEET ENTRY button, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
• For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • (undeclared)
  • Attending
  • Not Attending

• Click Save to record your choices.

You can also click the MEET ENTRY button from the schedule on the home page.
