Very excited about the meet tonight. Please arrive at East Hampton's pool no later than 5:15 to get acclimated, etc. Our warm up will begin at 5:30. This pool has six lanes, and we are primarily swimming in the odd lanes, but please check each event your child is in to help make sure they are ready and make it to the right lane. Coaches and volunteers will be helping, but we need your help, too.

Please see the attachment to see your swimmer(s)' events. And note, these cannot be changed as we have already finalized everything with East Hampton. If you are able, please mark on their arm with a sharpie as directed on the website before arrival. If you cannot, coaches will be there to help before warm-up to help. Again, arrive before 5:15, warm-up starts at 5:30, and the meet starts at 6:00. The referee will have a meeting with volunteers at 5:45.

From East Hampton Swim Team Coordinator:

Our pool address pool address is 4421 Waterbury Lane, 30062. We will have signs directing you through the neighborhood. Our neighborhood is on 120 next to the Avenue.

- Come into the main entrance of Easthampton on Grandvista Approach.

- Turn left at the stop sign onto Kinsmon Drive.

- Take the first right onto Waterbury Lane

- The pool is down the hill on the right

COVID restrictions. First, we ask for patience as we figure this out.

-We cannot have anyone inside the pool deck with the exceptions of volunteers and swimmers. Therefore we are setting up outside of the fence. Each team will have a "tailgate area" Please be sure your team brings chairs and/or tables. We will hopefully have places clearly marked.

-We will set up 2 bullpens, so it's going to be challenging to get the swimmers where they are supposed to be. So we will have the 6 kids on deck, the next 6 in bullpen 1 and the next 6 in bullpen 2. (eg. event 1, H1 on deck-behind diving blocks. H2 in Bullpen 1, Event 2, H1 in Bullpen 2....etc)

-5/6 year olds can have a parent with them on the pool deck. All other parents must remain outside the pool deck.

Please have your team park on the pool/sidewalk side of the street only. Have your team come hungry! We will have Chick Fil A, chips, candy, drinks.

Note: Parents, please be hyper aware of the events. Hunting down kids will take up time and the meet will run longer. Listen closely to the announcer for events.

 We have a few suits and t-shirts that have not been picked up yet. They will be available at the meet. We will also have a few swim caps and t-shirts for sale. Show your Gator pride!

Don't forget: goggles, chairs, towels, bug spray and/or sunscreen, snacks (or there will be concessions for purchase, so bring cash)
